Kindermusik is a unique program of music, learning and fun for infants through 7 years old.. With the emphasis on process rather than performance, Kindermusik allows the teacher to create an environment that nurtures the total development of the child, while laying the foundation for musical growth and private instruction.

Classes

Village (Infant to 18 months) offers precious time with your little one, bonding moments with a unique blend of musical learning activities that stimulate and engage all of the senses. You will learn how to encourage your baby’s learning through vocal play, object exploration, instruments, and creative movement.

Our Time (18 months to 3 years old) is for a child and an adult companion. It is time to explore and discover the world around him/her while still seeking the comfort of the familiar. Out Time encourages your child’s own ideas and responses while playing instruments, singing, and moving. The goal is to build the child’s confidence, self-control and communication skills.

Imagine That (3 to 4 years old) Every day brings a new discovery as your preschooler opens the doors of individuality and independence. Tapping into the creative spirit and boundless energy of your child, the class focuses on developing his/her learning strengths and self-confidence using the power of music. Parents/caregivers participate in the last 15 minutes of class.

Young Child (5 years - 7 years) is a 2-year sequential curriculum that allows children to experience speaking, singing, moving, listening, creating, playing various percussion instruments, and learning about writing and reading music. It helps to prepare the child for further musical training and instruction.

Summer Program

ABC Music & Me (2 to 6 years) encompasses instrument and vocal play, dance, rhyme, story time, and more, to boost the early language and literacy, pre-math, and social and emotional skills young children need.
